Product Development Manager – Harrisburg Metro PA

This opportunity is for a Product Development Manager based in the Harrisburg Pennsylvania greater metropolitan area. The role involves overseeing a small, experienced team (2–3 direct reports) and owning product development activities from concept through commercialization.

Role Overview:

• Lead and mentor a product development team (2–3 engineers/scientists)

• Drive development of Absorbent Hygiene Products

• Apply hands-on expertise with nonwovens, SAP, films, elastics, and adhesives

• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain

• Balance innovation, performance, cost, and speed-to-market

Requirements:

• 5+ years of absorbent hygiene product development experience

• Previous direct-report management experience

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000
